Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including opening/closing tasks and adherence to operational standards
- Manage inventory processes: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfilment
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure brand-consistent presentations and event execution
- Assist the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to store sales objectives
- Maintain store safety, loss-prevention procedures and compliance with company policies
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture through collaboration, punctuality and reliable shift coverage during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; entry-level candidates with strong retail aptitude may be considered
- Proven organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player with a goal-driven mindset
- Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly
- Available for flexible shifts and able to meet required minimum weekly hours for a Flex/part-time schedule
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Experience
1–2 years of retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; entry-level applicants with demonstrable customer service skills will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail or merchandising certification is a plus.
