Sephora Riverside (Canyon Springs) seeks a Part-Time Operations Associate. Hourly $20.85–$23.98; inventory, merchandising and client-support role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations including stock replenishment, inventory control, and order fulfillment to ensure merchandise availability and presentation.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and support events and product launches.
  • Assist the sales floor to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to sales targets through proactive support and product knowledge.
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture that fosters inclusivity, punctuality and reliable shift coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications
