The part-time Operations Associate supports Sephora’s store operations through inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and promotional and event execution, while contributing to client service, sales goals, and an inclusive team culture. Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution that reflect Sephora’s brand.
