Sephora Operations Associate (Flex, Part-Time) in Richmond, VA – Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain operational standards
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and merchandise organization
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure promotional setups reflect brand standards
- Support the client experience team in achieving service excellence and sales objectives
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork throughout the store
