Sephora Richmond, VA is hiring an Operations Associate — full-time, $18–$23/hr; responsible for inventory, merchandising and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure continuous product availability
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups so the salesfloor accurately reflects brand standards and current campaigns
- Execute event setups and in-store activations in coordination with store leadership and brand partners
- Deliver and support outstanding client service to help the team meet sales and client experience objectives
- Adhere to company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure, and inviting shopping environment
- Maintain punctuality and schedule availability to meet required weekly hours and cover peak retail times (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of learning and communicating product knowledge
- Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing/stock duties
Skills
Experience
1–2 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant retail training is a plus.
