Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and adherence to operational standards
- Manage inventory activities: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards
- Assist the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to store sales objectives
- Maintain a safe, secure and organized sales floor by following company policies and loss-prevention procedures
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture through dependable attendance, punctuality and collaborative support during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays)
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment
- Demonstrated organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to operational detail
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; team-oriented and goal-focused
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate product knowledge
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform extended periods of standing
- Availability to meet required minimum weekly shifts and to work peak retail hours
