Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations: receive, process and replenish inventory, manage stockroom organization and complete order fulfillment tasks.
  • Implement visual merchandising and promotional displays to ensure the sales floor accurately reflects brand standards and current campaigns.
  • Support store-level events and promotional executions to maximize client engagement and sales conversions.
  • Deliver exceptional client service on the sales floor, assisting with product information and facilitating smooth transaction flow.
  • Maintain operational standards and safety policies to create a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with store colleagues to meet sales targets and sustain a culture of inclusion and teamwork.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and provide flexibility for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment; entry-level candidates with relevant aptitude may be considered.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time-management capability with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to convey product knowledge clearly.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented team environment.
  • Available to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely.

Experience
