Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to preserve stock integrity and availability.
  • Maintain operational standards across back-of-house organisation, receiving, and stockroom procedures.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure displays accurately reflect brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
  • Contribute to event execution and in-store activations to maximise client engagement and sell-through.
  • Deliver exceptional client service on the sales floor and support the team in meeting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive environment and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability; be available for scheduled shifts including peak retail hours (evenings, weekends and holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments, preferably in a store operations or merchandising capacity.
  • Proven organisational and time-management capabilities with attention to operational detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey product knowledge to clients and colleagues.
  • Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset and the capacity to work in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and stock tasks for extended periods.
  • Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and work peak retail hours.

Experience
