Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to maintain product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora brand standards and support store events.
- Deliver and support outstanding client service to help the team achieve sales goals and provide an exceptional in-store experience.
- Adhere to company policies and operational standards to ensure a safe, secure and pleasant shopping environment.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.

- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stock duties.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
