Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to ensure the store consistently reflects Sephora’s brand presentation.
- Assist the sales team by delivering efficient operational support that enables outstanding client experiences and contributes to sales objectives.
- Maintain store safety and compliance with company policies to create a secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture by supporting teammates and participating in store initiatives and events.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven team player with a goal-driven mindset.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–2 years in retail, hospitality, or other client-focused roles; experience with inventory processes and merchandising preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail/merchandising is a plus.
