Sephora — Operations Associate (Part-time) in Portland, OR. Support inventory, merchandising and store operations. $18–$23/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to ensure the store consistently reflects Sephora’s brand presentation.
  • Assist the sales team by delivering efficient operational support that enables outstanding client experiences and contributes to sales objectives.
  • Maintain store safety and compliance with company policies to create a secure and welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications
