Sephora Operations Associate Part-Time position in Pooler, GA. $18–$20.50/hr, inventory & merchandising support, flexible scheduling 15–29 hrs/week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand aesthetic and current campaigns
- Support the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to sales goals achievement
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, openness, and teamwork among store staff and clientele
- Uphold Sephora policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping environment
- Meet required weekly shift minimums and maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, including availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
