Sephora Operations Associate (Part-Time) in Pooler, GA—$18–$20.50/hr. Support store operations, inventory, and client service at Tanger Outlets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and maintain inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment according to operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure accurate promotional setups and accurate brand representation
- Support client service delivery and contribute to achieving store sales goals
- Maintain store compliance with company policies, security protocols, and safety standards
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork among staff members
- Meet scheduling requirements for part-time availability (15–29 hours per week) and peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
