The Operations Associate supports daily store operations, including inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment and visual merchandising, while helping deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales goals. This permanent, full-time role requires 30–40 hours per week, availability for nights, weekends and holidays, and offers $19.80–$22.90 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment and maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising.
- Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
