Sephora (Legacy West, Plano) seeks a Part-Time Operations Associate — $19.80–$26.00/hr. Support inventory, merchandising and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations to ensure an efficient and orderly retail environment.
  • Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to accurately reflect Sephora brand standards and event requirements.
  • Contribute to outstanding client experiences through proactive support of the sales team and operational excellence.
  • Maintain store safety and operational standards by following company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and reliably cover assigned shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Perform physical merchandise handling tasks, including lifting and moving stock up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment, or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Fast learner with the capacity to absorb and relay product knowledge to colleagues and clients.
  • Reliable availability for the required minimum weekly shifts and peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
