Sephora Operations Associate
Sephora (Legacy West, Plano) seeks a Part-Time Operations Associate — $19.80–$26.00/hr. Support inventory, merchandising and client experience.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations to ensure an efficient and orderly retail environment.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to accurately reflect Sephora brand standards and event requirements.
- Contribute to outstanding client experiences through proactive support of the sales team and operational excellence.
- Maintain store safety and operational standards by following company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and reliably cover assigned shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Perform physical merchandise handling tasks, including lifting and moving stock up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment, or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Fast learner with the capacity to absorb and relay product knowledge to colleagues and clients.
- Reliable availability for the required minimum weekly shifts and peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
Entry-level: 1–2 years in a retail, hospitality or client-facing role, demonstrating familiarity with inventory handling, merchandising and delivering high-quality customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or hospitality is a plus.

Compensation
