Sephora Operations Associate, part-time role in Pittsburgh, PA. Support store operations, inventory, and client experience. $18–$20.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and maintain inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment according to Sephora standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand positioning through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals while creating outstanding customer experiences
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness and empowerment within the store environment
