Sephora in Pittsburgh is hiring an Operations Associate (Flex) — part-time hourly position ($18.00–$20.50/hr) supporting store operations and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to ensure product availability.
- Maintain operational and visual merchandising standards; set promotional displays and support event execution to reflect brand guidelines.
- Support frontline teams to deliver exceptional client service and contribute to store sales targets.
- Adhere to Sephora’s operational policies, loss-prevention procedures and safety standards to create a secure shopping environment.
- Provide flexible coverage during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and ensure punctuality and consistent attendance.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Proven organisational and time-management capabilities; able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; strong team orientation and service focus.
- Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely.

Experience
Beginner-level role: 1–2 years of relevant retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred. Experience supporting inventory operations and visual merchandising is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
