Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora brand standards and campaign aesthetics.
  • Assist the team in delivering exceptional client service, contributing to sales goals and creating memorable in‑store experiences.
  • Uphold company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively across the store to foster inclusivity, punctuality and reliable shift coverage during peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role, or equivalent transferable experience.
