Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora brand standards and campaign aesthetics.
- Assist the team in delivering exceptional client service, contributing to sales goals and creating memorable in‑store experiences.
- Uphold company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Work collaboratively across the store to foster inclusivity, punctuality and reliable shift coverage during peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role, or equivalent transferable experience.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to support outstanding client service.
- Capacity to learn product knowledge quickly and convey that information to clients and colleagues.
