The Operations Associate supports Sephora’s Phoenix store through inventory management, replenishment, order fulfilment, visual merchandising and promotional execution, while helping deliver excellent client service and achieve sales goals. This permanent, part-time hourly role requires 15–29 hours per week, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays; pay is $18.00–$20.50 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and order fulfilment while maintaining operational standards.
