Sephora Phoenix (Desert Ridge Marketplace) is hiring a Part‑Time Operations Associate. Hourly $18.00–$20.50; inventory and store operations role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards and campaign directives.
- Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client service and contributing to store sales goals.
- Uphold company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture by communicating proactively and supporting colleagues during peak periods.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working as part of a team toward sales and service objectives.
- Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it effectively to clients and colleagues.
- Availability for scheduled shifts during nights, weekends and holidays and meeting the store’s minimum weekly shift requirements.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–2 years in a retail, hospitality, or other client-focused role; entry-level candidates with relevant part-time retail experience are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, beauty or customer-service training is a plus.
