Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient running of the location.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment to maintain merchandising standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to accurately reflect brand campaigns and in‑store events.
  • Deliver high standards of client service and support sales objectives through proactive assistance and product knowledge.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, secure shopping experience.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance; be available for scheduled shifts during nights, weekends and holidays as required.
  • Perform physical tasks associated with retail operations, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
