Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient, customer-focused service.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, stock replenishment, transfers and order fulfillment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and event rollouts.
- Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and meeting store objectives.
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure shopping environment.
- Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and support colleagues during peak periods.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
- Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly.
- Availability for scheduled retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet part-time weekly hour minimum (15–29 hrs/week).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused role; demonstrates a fast-learning, service-oriented approach suitable for an entry-level operations position.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
