Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects brand guidelines and event executions are accurate and timely.
- Deliver and support outstanding client service; assist the sales floor team in creating memorable client experiences and contributing to sales objectives.
- Maintain compliance with Sephora policies and safety procedures to provide a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture by promoting collaboration, punctuality and reliability during scheduled shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays).
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-service orientation.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines and execute promotional setups accurately.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stocking tasks.
- Availability to meet the minimum weekly shift/hours for part-time scheduling and work peak retail times (nights, weekends, holidays).

Experience
1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing role; prior exposure to inventory control, merchandising or store operations is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
