Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards and event programming.
- Assist the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales objectives through proactive service support.
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping environment.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive culture by supporting colleagues and participating in store initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment, or a similar operations role.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong time-management and attention to detail.
- Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to learn product information quickly and convey knowledge to clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work flexible retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused operational role is preferred; entry-level candidates with relevant transferable experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
