Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment to ensure product availability.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional displays to reflect brand standards and maximize conversion during events and campaigns.
  • Support the client experience by assisting customers, sharing product knowledge, and contributing to team sales objectives.
  • Maintain operational and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive, team-oriented store culture and support store leadership on ad-hoc operational projects.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while demonstrating punctuality and reliability across scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment; retail operations or merchandising experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deliver high-quality client service.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and goal-oriented mindset with the flexibility to work variable schedules.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties that require standing and mobility for extended periods.

Experience

1–2 years in a retail, hospitality, or client-facing role with demonstrated exposure to store operations, inventory handling and merchandising.

Education
