Sephora Orlando is hiring a Part‑Time Operations Associate at Mall at Millenia—$18.00–$20.50/hr supporting inventory, merchandising and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient, uninterrupted customer service.
  • Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and campaign accuracy.
  • Maintain operational standards, store cleanliness and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Assist the sales team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving store sales targets.
  • Participate in event execution and in‑store promotional activities as required.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative atmosphere and promote team engagement.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure shopping environment.
