Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory control and order fulfilment to maintain product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards and campaign directives.
- Assist in event execution and floor readiness to optimise sales opportunities and client engagement.
- Deliver high-quality client service by supporting sales teams, answering product questions and helping achieve store sales goals.
- Uphold company policies and operational standards to ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
