Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient shopping experience.
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, organization and periodic cycle counts.
- Process order fulfillment and maintain operational standards for back-of-house and sales floor areas.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to maintain brand presentation and event execution.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service to help the team achieve sales goals and KPIs.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture and uphold company policies governing safety and customer experience.
- Maintain punctual attendance and availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to operational detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey product knowledge clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven retail setting.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and performing stockroom duties.
- Availability to meet the minimum weekly shift requirement and work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
