Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora brand standards and campaign requirements.
  • Maintain operational standards for a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment; follow company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by assisting the sales team, supporting product knowledge dissemination, and helping achieve store sales goals.
  • Work collaboratively with store colleagues to foster inclusivity, punctuality and reliable staffing during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and carrying merchandise up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment, or in a similar operations role.
  • Proven organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable conveying product knowledge to clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven retail setting and meet scheduling requirements.
  • Physical ability to lift and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Experience
