Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth, efficient functioning of the sales floor and backroom.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfilment.
- Assist with visual merchandising and execute promotional displays to reflect brand standards and event activations.
- Contribute to an exceptional client experience by supporting the sales team and participating in service initiatives.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive team culture and adhere to Sephora’s operational policies and safety procedures.
- Maintain punctuality and meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts; be available for peak hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in a retail, hospitality or client-facing role, or equivalent experience.
- Proven organisational skills with strong time-management and the ability to manage concurrent tasks.
- Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable conveying product knowledge to clients and colleagues.
- Adaptable team player with a goal-oriented mindset and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stockroom duties.
- Availability to work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends and seasonal peak periods.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment; prior experience with store operations, inventory control or merchandising preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or beauty-related certification is a plus.
