Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store accurately reflects brand campaigns and event activations.
- Assist the team in delivering exceptional client service and help achieve sales objectives through operational excellence.
- Maintain store safety, security and compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

- Strong organizational skills with effective time management and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting client interactions.
- Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly.
- Reliable availability for required weekly shifts and peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to perform stock-handling tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
