Sephora in Las Vegas seeks a Part-Time Operations Associate at Miracle Mile. Support inventory, merchandising and store operations. $18–$23/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfilment to maintain stock integrity and availability.
  • Support visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards and event executions.
  • Assist the sales team in delivering outstanding client experiences and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance with company policies to create a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster an inclusive, team-oriented culture and support store-level initiatives during peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
  • Ensure punctuality and reliability by meeting scheduled shift and hour requirements.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment, or in a similar operations role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities with an aptitude for learning product knowledge quickly.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with clients and colleagues in a high-volume environment.
  • Team-oriented, goal-driven attitude with the ability to work flexibly during peak retail periods.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require standing and mobility for extended periods.

Experience

1–2 years in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing role, or prior experience in store operations or merchandising is preferred.
