Sephora Houston seeks a Part-Time Operations Associate in Houston, TX. Hourly $19.80–$26.00/hr; inventory, merchandising and client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational accuracy.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora brand standards and support campaigns and in-store events.
  • Support the sales team by delivering exceptional client service and contributing to achievement of store sales goals.
  • Maintain operational standards and follow company policies to ensure a safe, secure and pleasant shopping environment.
  • Adhere to scheduling requirements and demonstrate punctuality and reliable attendance, including availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and carrying merchandise (up to 50 pounds).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong time-management capability.
  • Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and collaborative.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge.
  • Demonstrated reliability with consistent punctuality and the ability to meet minimum shift/hour requirements (Part Time: 15–29 hrs/week).
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
