Sephora Honolulu — Operations Associate (Part Time). Support inventory, merchandising and client service at the Waikiki store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain optimal product availability.
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards and campaign guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional client service by assisting the sales floor team, facilitating product discovery, and supporting sales goals.
- Maintain operational standards, compliance with company policies, and a safe, welcoming shopping environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and support store events or promotional activities.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred.
- Proven organisational and time-management abilities with attention to operational detail.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require standing and movement throughout a shift.
- Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.

Experience
Beginner — 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused role, demonstrating operational support, merchandising or stock management responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or certifications in retail, merchandising or customer service considered an asset.
