Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand presentation and event activations.
  • Deliver high-quality client service and assist the sales team in achieving store performance goals.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven team player with a goal-driven mindset.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holiday periods.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stock-handling tasks.
