Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising and execute promotional setups and in-store events to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
- Deliver exceptional client service, support the sales team in meeting targets and contribute to an outstanding in-store customer experience.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment and promote a culture of openness and teamwork.
- Uphold company policies and safety procedures to create a secure and welcoming shopping environment for clients and colleagues.
