Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient, safe, and welcoming shopping environments.
  • Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and cycle counts.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and event activations.
  • Assist the sales team by delivering seamless client service and contributing to store sales objectives.
  • Adhere to company policies and loss-prevention procedures to protect client and company assets.
  • Maintain punctuality and schedule flexibility to cover peak retail hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with effective time management and attention to detail.
  • Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a team.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it to colleagues and clients.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive stocking tasks.
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holiday periods.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environment; prior exposure to inventory, stocking, or merchandising duties is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
