Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store accurately reflects Sephora’s brand and campaign requirements.
- Support the client experience by assisting sales teams, answering product questions and contributing to sales objectives.
- Uphold company policies and safety procedures, ensuring a secure and welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and peak holiday periods.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to operational detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable supporting sales-driven teams.
- Ability to learn product information quickly and convey it to clients and colleagues.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform routine stockroom tasks.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
