Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability and presentation standards.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and campaign directives.
  • Support event and promotional execution to optimize client experience and sales performance.
  • Assist the team in delivering exceptional client service, supporting sales targets and creating a welcoming retail environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant store environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing environment preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong time-management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to learn product information quickly and communicate product knowledge to clients and colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience

Entry-level role with 1–2 years of retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; able to work in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
