Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, promotional set-ups and event execution to ensure accurate brand presentation.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and support the sales team in creating outstanding customer experiences and achieving sales goals.
  • Uphold company policies and store procedures to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Maintain flexible availability and reliable attendance; work required shifts during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing operations role.

  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; punctual with consistent attendance.
