Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to operational standards.
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfilment.
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand standards.
- Deliver exceptional client service while supporting the sales team to achieve store performance objectives.
- Maintain store safety, security and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Operate flexibly to meet scheduling needs during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.

- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience
1–2 years in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; demonstrable experience with inventory handling and merchandising preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or retail certifications are a plus.
