Sephora Beachwood seeks an Operations Associate (Part Time) to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations. Hourly $18–$20.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations to ensure a smooth, efficient retail environment.
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving and order fulfillment.
- Assist with visual merchandising and execute accurate promotional setups and store events.
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in meeting sales objectives.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture that supports teammates and clients alike.
- Adhere to company policies and operational standards to maintain a safe, secure shopping environment.
- Maintain punctuality and meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts; be available during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
