Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless client experience and adherence to operational standards.
- Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfilment.
- Execute visual merchandising directives, promotional setups and event displays to reflect brand standards.
- Assist the sales team with client-facing tasks and contribute to achieving store sales goals.
- Maintain store safety, loss-prevention practices and compliance with company policies.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, stocking and floor resets to keep the store presentation pristine.
- Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holiday periods, to cover peak retail hours.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-focused environment.
