The part-time Operations Associate supports Sephora’s daily store operations, including inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment and visual merchandising, while helping deliver excellent client experiences and meet sales goals. The role is permanent and requires 15–29 hours per week, with availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure accurate promotional setups and event execution that reflect Sephora’s brand.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Help foster an inclusive, open and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

- Have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality or client-focused environment.
- Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
