Sephora Palo Alto seeks a Part‑Time Operations Associate to manage inventory, merchandising and store operations. Hourly pay $22.60–$27.70/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to maintain product availability.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups, ensuring accurate brand presentation and event support.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service to help the team achieve sales and experience objectives.
  • Promote an inclusive team culture, demonstrate punctuality and maintain reliable attendance during peak retail hours.
  • Enforce company policies and safety procedures to create a secure and enjoyable shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong time-management and follow-through.
  • Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn product knowledge quickly and convey it to clients.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
