Sephora seeks an Operations Associate in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Hourly role focused on inventory, merchandising and client service at The Gardens store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing tasks and maintaining operational standards.
  • Manage inventory activities: stock replenishment, receiving, cycle counts and order fulfillment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards and local events.
  • Assist the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and help achieve store sales targets.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to create a secure and welcoming shopping environment.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture through dependable attendance, punctuality and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment, or comparable operational role.
  • Proven organizational skills with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to support product education for clients and colleagues.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment and meeting physical demands (able to lift up to 50 lbs).
  • Dependable schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
