Sephora (University Place Orem, UT) seeks a Part-Time Operations Associate — inventory, merchandising, and client-focused store operations. $18–$20.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment to uphold operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising and promotional setups to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and event execution guidelines.
- Deliver and support exceptional client service to help the team achieve sales goals and elevate the in-store experience.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety protocols and loss-prevention procedures to create a secure shopping environment.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture through collaboration, punctuality, reliable attendance and flexibility for nights, weekends and holiday shifts.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting and moving product (up to 50 pounds) and maintaining organized stockrooms and sales floor presentation.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing environment, or equivalent operational experience.
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Clear verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey product knowledge and support client interactions.
- Team-oriented, goal-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and reliability in meeting scheduled shifts.
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
