Sephora in Orem, UT is hiring a Part-time Operations Associate ($18–$23/hr) to manage inventory, merchandising and support client experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, receiving shipments and order fulfilment to maintain product availability and presentation standards.
  • Set up and maintain visual merchandising and promotional displays to ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand and campaign standards.
  • Support client-facing teams by assisting with product knowledge, floor coverage and exceptional service to help achieve sales goals.
  • Operate point-of-sale activities and assist with returns, exchanges and order processing as required.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety procedures to create a secure, welcoming shopping environment.
  • Work a flexible schedule to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet required minimum weekly shifts.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another client-focused environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with attention to operational detail.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey product information clearly.
  • Proven team-player mentality and a goal-driven approach to supporting store objectives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Experience
