Sephora Operations Associate, part-time role in Omaha, NE—support store operations, inventory, and client experience at $16.60–$19.30/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations and ensure efficient execution of inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Maintain operational standards and organize product displays to reflect Sephora's brand aesthetic
- Assist with visual merchandising, accurate promotional setups, and event execution
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals
