Sephora in Oklahoma City is hiring a part-time Operations Associate at Penn Square (hourly $16.60–$19.30).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to ensure product availability and operational accuracy.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setup to maintain brand standards and execute events and marketing activations.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service, collaborating with sales teams to contribute to store sales goals and an outstanding shopping experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming retail environment.
  • Contribute to a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, demonstrating punctuality, reliability, and flexibility to meet scheduling needs during peak retail hours.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management capabilities with a proven ability to prioritise operational tasks.
  • Clear and effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to learn and communicate product knowledge quickly; comfort working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
